What does managed WordPress include?
Every Managed WordPress plan includes WordPress updates and security updates managed by Dygyx, a staging environment, malware and security monitoring, daily backups with rolling 7-day restore, migration assistance, support, SSL, CDN, and object caching. Email hosting is not included.
Do you handle WordPress updates and security updates?
Yes. Dygyx manages WordPress updates and WordPress security updates, along with malware and security monitoring.
How do backups and restores work?
Every Managed WordPress plan includes daily backups with a rolling 7-day restore window.
Is email hosting included in Managed WordPress?
No. Email hosting is not included in Managed WordPress plans. It is available as a paid add-on during the order process.
Is Managed WordPress pricing locked?
Yes. Whether you join at the Founder's Rate or the Regular Rate, the price you sign up for becomes your recurring Managed WordPress renewal price. Datacenter or infrastructure cost increases outside Dygyx's control are excluded from the price lock.
What happens if my website needs more resources?
Managed WordPress plans provide different levels of vCPU, RAM, and SSD NVMe storage. When your needs change, you can choose a different plan. Talk to Dygyx about the next step.
