What does root access include on a Dygyx VPS?
Every VPS plan includes full root access via SSH, SSH access, full server control, and customer server administration.
Which operating systems are available?
Choose from Ubuntu, RHEL, Debian, AlmaLinux, or Rocky Linux.
What are the backup and snapshot options?
Every VPS plan includes a daily backup that keeps the last 10 backup versions, plus snapshot management. Spark includes 1 snapshot, while Forge and Apex include 5 snapshots.
Where are Dygyx VPS servers located?
VPS servers are available in the US Central datacenter and the Singapore datacenter. The Singapore datacenter has a +$2/mo surcharge that is separate from the plan price and excluded from the Lifetime Price Lock.
Is managed server administration included?
No. VPS plans are customer-managed and do not include managed server administration. It is available separately as a paid add-on.
What happens if I need more VPS resources?
VPS plans provide different levels of vCPU, RAM, and storage. When your needs change, you can choose a different plan. Talk to Dygyx about the next step.
