The free SERP Checker does not require an account. When you use it, you submit a website domain, a keyword or phrase, your location and device selections, and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification. We send that search information to the third-party services needed to perform the check, specifically Cloudflare Turnstile and DataForSEO. We do not keep SERP Checker searches or their results in our own application database.
12. Client questionnaires
We offer private client questionnaires, such as our Website Project Questionnaire, that are shared by direct link and do not require an account. When you complete one, you provide contact details, business information, and project requirements (which may include budget ranges), together with a Cloudflare Turnstile verification. We use these answers only to assess your project and prepare a quotation. Your submission is delivered to us by email through our email service provider (CyberMail); we do not store questionnaire submissions in our own application database.
