SEO/AEO audit

Find out whether your site is technically ready to be found.

Dygyx runs a structured, human-reviewed technical audit of how your site is built and configured for search. You get evidence, prioritized fixes, and a plain-language report — not a score, and not a ranking promise.

What this is

A technical audit, reviewed by a person.

This is a technical assessment of whether your website is prepared to be crawled, indexed, understood, and discovered by search engines. The audit gathers evidence about how the site is built and configured, and a person reviews every item before it reaches you.

It is for owners of small and mid-sized sites who want a clear technical baseline and a prioritized list of what to fix. If you also want direction on what to do about search and AI-answer visibility, the strategy engagement adds that as a separate, human-written section.

What the audit checks

The technical things that decide whether you can be found.

  • Whether search engines can crawl and index the site
  • Redirects and internal links that waste crawl attention
  • Page titles, meta descriptions, and heading structure
  • Canonical tags that point search engines at the wrong page
  • Structured data and social sharing tags
  • XML sitemap and robots settings
  • Image and media signals
  • Speed signals available from the site's own code and responses
  • Security-related settings that affect search
  • Technical infrastructure: domain, certificate, and basic DNS
  • A limited set of automated accessibility checks

How it works

Five steps, no surprises.

  1. Tell us about your site

Complete the short questionnaire (or send us the PDF version). It takes about 10–15 minutes and needs no SEO knowledge.

  2. We review and quote

We confirm the scope and send a plain quote with the starting price and anything specific to your site.

  3. You approve and authorize

You confirm the quote and that you are authorized to request an audit. We then schedule the work.

  4. We run the audit

We audit the site against the technical categories, verify live signals where the variant includes it, and have a person review every item.

  5. You receive the report

We deliver a written report with prioritized fixes, and we can walk through it with you.

What we need from you

A few things only you can provide.

  • A reachable website, or a preview/staging address if the site is not live yet
  • Confirmation that you are authorized to request an audit of the site
  • Prompt answers if we need to clarify anything
  • Your target audience and the topics you want to be found for (strategy variant)
  • Your previous audit report, if we do not already hold it (progress review)

Starting prices

One-time audits, from $199.

  • All four audit variants are one-time engagements, not monthly services.
  • Prices shown are starting points for typical sites; the final quote depends on your site and market.
  • The monthly SEO retainer and monthly AEO monitoring on the SEO/AEO page are separate recurring services.
  • No credentials are required. Analytics or Search Console access is optional and never needed to run an audit.

Custom scope may apply

  • Additional sites or domains
  • Substantial subdomain scope
  • Multilingual or multi-region sites
  • Ecommerce
  • Unusually large content inventories
  • Unusually complex platforms
  • Broader verification requirements
  • Deeper strategic analysis

Why human review matters

Evidence from the audit, judgment from a person.

The audit produces technical evidence: what was found, where, and what it means for how search engines can use the site. It does not produce opinions.

A person then decides what matters for your business, writes the explanation in plain language, and — in the strategy engagement — interprets it against your market, content, and goals. The audit never replaces that human judgment, and it does not measure everything.

How to request an audit

Two ways to start.

Complete the online questionnaire

  • Takes about 10–15 minutes and needs no SEO knowledge.
  • Your answers go straight to the Dygyx team.
  • We never ask for passwords, credentials, or payment details.

Request an audit

Prefer email?

  • Ask us for the PDF questionnaire and reply with your answers.
  • The questions are the same as the online version.
  • Analytics or Search Console access is optional and never required.

Audit questions

Answered directly.

How much does a Dygyx SEO/AEO audit cost?

A Technical SEO Check-up starts at $299, Technical SEO + SEO/AEO Strategy starts at $499, a Follow-up / Progress Review starts at $199, and a Pre-launch Website Check starts at $249. All four are one-time engagements. Prices are starting points for typical sites; the final quote depends on your site and market.

What is the difference between the Technical SEO Check-up and the SEO/AEO Strategy engagement?

The Technical SEO Check-up is a technical assessment of whether your site is prepared to be crawled, indexed, understood, and discovered. The SEO/AEO Strategy engagement includes that technical work plus human strategic guidance: search intent, content and topical considerations, answer-oriented opportunities, AI-search discoverability, and business context. The automated audit does not replace that human judgment.

Is this a one-time service or a monthly retainer?

The four audit variants are one-time engagements. They are separate from the recurring services on the SEO/AEO page, such as the monthly SEO retainer and monthly AEO monitoring.

Do you need access to my hosting, CMS, or analytics?

No. We never ask for passwords, hosting or CMS credentials, or payment details. Analytics or Search Console access is optional and is not required to run an audit.

Does the audit guarantee rankings or AI-search visibility?

No. No one can honestly guarantee rankings or AI-search visibility. The audit gives you evidence-based technical findings and, in the strategy engagement, human guidance. It is not a ranking guarantee.

What do I receive?

A written report with a plain-language executive summary, the prioritized technical items we found with what each one means and what to do about it, a prioritized remediation list, and the scope, method, and limitations of the audit. The strategy engagement adds a written strategy section.
